That’s why Black Loon products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
We’ll make it right.

This warranty applies to consumers and dealers and is valid for products purchased from Black Loon or an authorized Black Loon retailer.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Functional failures under normal use and proper care.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Drops, impacts, misuse, or neglect
• Improper care, cleaning, or storage
• Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance
• Lost or stolen products
• Third-party modifications or repairs
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Accessories and wear items (such as lids, gaskets, seals, straws, or handles) are not covered beyond initial manufacturing defects

What "Lifetime" Means

“Lifetime” refers to the functional lifetime of the product — not your lifetime. All materials naturally wear and break down over time with use and exposure. Once a product reaches the end of its functional life, it may no longer qualify for warranty coverage.

Contact us at hello@blackloon.ca with proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information. Please don’t send products back unless instructed to do so.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Black Loon’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the product at our discretion. We do not offer refunds under this warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, Black Loon shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
